The objective of our game is to unplug the chargers that are not in use. In order to unplug the chargers, you must get through the obstacles first. To get through the obstacles, you have to click on certain sprites to make something happen. Once you are done with the obstacles, you can use the arrows to move Bob the Light Bulb and unplug the chargers. To unplug the chargers, you have to press space while Bob is touching it. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE CHARGER ON THE LEFT FIRST! There are 4 levels that you must complete. To turn off the music, press "m" and to turn it back on, press "s". Thanks for playing our game! Enjoy! Background Information: Wasting electricity may not seem like a big problem, but it does have negative effects on the Earth. Electronics on standby mode waste more than 100 billion kWhs of electricity each year. 37% of carbon dioxide that is released into the Earthʻs atmosphere is caused by electricity waste. Fossil Fuels provide 67.5% of the resources necessary to create electricity. Burning fossil fuels creates carbon dioxide. Too much carbon dioxide in the air causes global warming. To help the Earth, an individual can unplug any unused appliances, cords, and chargers. If you unplug an unused charger, you can save 0.26 watts of electricity. Another thing an individual can do is to identify any appliances on standby mode, and unplug those as well! Hopefully our project can teach others about saving electricity!
