So, I took @DailyNinja9842's advice and based the sprite off of an existing one: Quick Man. I changed the sprites by recoloring them and replacing the head thing with a music note. I made her eye look more feminine. I also made attack sprites (music notes). I might make more attacks. About the character: She's... umm... let me think about that. I don't know which game I'll use her in. In her battle, she can slow down time, like Time Man. I will make more costumes to animate the music note attacks, and develop her personality more.
