ProjectRPG is a take on classic RPGs by a new Scratcher. It’s get good or die, and not because of bad quality. This is Attempt 3 of ProjectRPG. Here’s a smart tactic to begin with: hit your enemy in the face until they die. I do it all the time! <Story> You play as an unnamed Hero, who has the simple quest of conquering his foes, and defeating the ultimate bad guy at the end. -Fun Facts- Fact #1: In the first boss fight, (Vs. Greed/that one gold Knight guy), every 3 attacks he does, he does a special attack, which now can be survived if parries are used. Although, in his special attack, one strike can bring your health to very low. Most bosses have a mechanic such as this. Fact #2: In most fights, there is a 2% chance for one of the opponent’s attacks to miss. This is now an RNG-based game lol. Fact #3: After every boss fight, you can earn a checkpoint. Press S to go to it if you die. Fact #4: Parry originally had a 10 second cooldown, which was quickly removed, being replaced by anti-spam. No-Hits are possible due to this decision. Although, when the cooldown existed, the parry was active for 0.2 seconds, which was then turned to 0.1, making timing strict. Later decided to have mercy and up it back to 0.2 seconds. Then, lowered again to .15 seconds. Felt it was too easy. Fact #5: You can check opponent stats but pressing w when in a battle with them. Normal Enemies’ Info has a black background, while bosses have a crimson one. Fact : the 10th enemy, Retro Hero, is a remastered version of the Hero from Project RPG Gen 1. His stats are that from his base game but tripled. Also the first enemy to gain the ability to heal. Fact : Fear can only be damaged after suffering a Guardian Frenzy or two. The previous sentence may sound weird (Especially without context) but tis’ how it’s made. Future Plans Below! Also known as spoilers!
