Four menus in the game: each gives different upgrades. The first set increases the score per click, the second increases passive gain /second, the third contains special upgrades, the fourth allows you to change the fossil you are clicking (for free, but only once you're past a certain score.) To explain the some of the special upgrades: The auto-clicker: Once per second, gives you your manual click value x the number of the upgrade The double click: a chance to grant double score when you click or when the auto clicker activates, This upgrade maxes out at x100 (i.e. 100% double click chance) Click.
