Use your own art. Don't says it's bad and you won't win. I believe in you! 2. Have your entry be a remix! 3. Don't hate on other people's art. 4. Feel free to enter for as many characters as you'd like! Keep in mind that you can only win one though. 5.You can modify the design a bit but make sure its recognizable! 6. Anyone can enter!
