Yes, you can advertise. NOTE: I am not saying that you should not make projects just because you don't have a lot of followers. This project was just made to put in the light how hard it can be to get motivated. No matter what your follower count is, don't give up! Keep doing what makes YOU happy and making projects that YOU like making. Followers are not the most important thing. And, if you keep putting effort into your projects and interacting nicely with the community, you're bound to be noticed soon!
