click the cat in the middle the start making points. Press the arrow on the right (hopefully what my right is to me is your right to) You can buy the power ups when you press the RIGHT arrow. The things on the top light will tell how how many points you have and how many points per second and you can see how much the power ups cost and what the power up is.
