Welcome to this Carnival themed Collab OTA between me and @-hollyleaf :D If you don’t know what an OTA is, it’s where you offer art/designs for one of the designs that you like, and if the host decides you have the best offer, you do whatever art or designs you offered and then get to use the character! Basic OTA rules: -don’t over offer (ex. 15 fullbodies, 12 headshots) -don’t under offer either! (Ex. 2 icons) -make the payments even, since we will be splitting them! (Ex. 2 fullbodies, 2 customs, 4 headshots) -don’t be upset if you don’t win! -only use the character once you’ve completed your payments! -use credit when using the characters! -don’t offer follows/loves/favs -please don’t offer surprise art! -I’ll add more when I think of stuff :3 What to offer (in no particular order): -art!
