I sighed dramatically and yanked it out of the pocket of my dark clothes. The text on the screen read, "Small fire!!! I said to set a small fire! THIS IS NOT SMALL!" I sighed and texted back, "You never let me have any fun.." "I cannot even believe this. Just get out of there before someone sees. But don't think for a second that this conversation is over." I grumbled and shoved the phone back in my pocket. I ran. It was a cold fall day, and the ground was covered with crunchy, brown leaves, but I ran nearly silently, with catlike movements. Behind me, the building burned, the flames devouring everything. Beautiful. Powerful. All-consuming. And deadly.
