Derek, the main character, is a duck with a human personality and has human characteristics, like everyone on the planet of Daakia, the tenth planet of the Milky Way galaxy. It is said the planet's ancestors came from Earth 250,000 years ago, as evolved ducks. Anyways, Daakia recently fell into the hands of Dennis and Diana Duckerson, Derek's older brother and sister. Unfortunately, their rule is evil, and it causes the planet's residents to turn against "duckkind," and cause serious mayhem, such as the rising number of crimes the planet receives yearly. Derek tries to confront Dennis and Diana, but Diana casts a spell on him, deforming him, which is the reason why you can only see his head. Derek is also forced out of the Daak palace forever. So, Derek gathers all his strength and heads out a long journey back to the palace to stop his bro and sis and make Daakia a haven for ducks.
