Just like regular, Tic-Tac-Toe. Whoever wants to go first answers the question at the beginning. Then you just play and have fun.
I'm thinking about adding some background music. If I do, I'll do it later on. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Now, I'm going to start working on a multi-platform version of this game.
