❖ Signup Information (READ THE FULL INSTRUCTIONS!) Welcome, BannerElite is a competition creativity and skill. They will be up to 4 rounds (or more), each round will have a prompt and your challenge is to imitate the prompt to the best of your ability. BannerElite is an opportunity to make new friends and to try out new styles. The winner of this contest will get follows from most of the judges, and the chance to host BannerElite2. Your entry will be graded out of 250 points. Now onto the signups. Half of the signup entries will move on to r1, the rest will be cut. - Prompt : Make a water-themed banner for any of the judges.
