At the 1st skin, there are auto points. You don't need to worry about hovering over the cat later on if you don't mind. There is also milked achievement. It gives you 2 points per 1.5 seconds. If you see a golden cat click on it! If you want to see the menu, press "o"; if you want to hide it, press "i".
