scratch ruined the quality... too much noise o well so uh, this is my entry... didnt take too much time hope i advance is the thumbnail saving..? Why it relates to water: Blue colors, the bg is an ocean (kinda hard to see), and the things on the right and left are like waves crashing 70% in photoshop 30% in scratch
