This is a little confusing, I'm sure, so here: I am the manager of the RP. I accept all entries into the RP. That map next to you are all the provinces (not countries) of Europe. How big your country is doesn't matter. When you start, you have an offensive army of 10,000 people, and a defensive army of 12,000 people. You can combine the two and make one big army of 22,000. Until I announce the official start of PRP2, you can make alliances, but invasions are disallowed. If you make alliances, you have to choose the name and color of the alliance. I will then highlight the provinces that are on the side of said alliance. All alliance matters are up to the members of the alliance. If the alliance explodes, then, well... uh, maybe a new leader is needed. Right now there are 16 available provinces.
