EDIT: slightly edited picture and thumb because they were atrocious click + hold to zoom, no music (sorry) done for a challenge in the "clan of underrated artists" studio. i hate how this turned out though. this is a pretty experimental piece! i was trying to experiment with line weight, shading styles, highlights, etc- even some overlays, too! i'm pretty happy with how this turned out, my only complaints are that the face should have been moved lower and the shading should have been darker. i've also been changing the way i do eyes! if you look at my projects from july, august, even september- they all use a different eye style. i decided around mid-october that since i'd been using that eye style since i was seven, i probably needed to change it. thoughts? anyways, i'm probably going to export transparent versions of the character next time i do something like this. you can pretty clearly tell i erased the background for the thumbnail.
