Character is Lilac Cookie from the Cookie Run franchise Song is The Chrysalis of Eternity from the Little Big Planet soundtrack (I'm unsure whether it was licenced music or actually composed for the game though) ~~~ Ahhhh I actually finished this like,, the day after I finished the drawing of strawberry crepe but then forgot to post it- so here it is now, really happy w how it turned out! Always loved drawing outfits like the one Lilac wears (I mean,, this is only my second time drawing one but y'know), even if it is really time consuming getting the opacity stuff worked out, I just wish scratch didn't absolutely butcher the quality-
