The story is that the Crazy cat took the Angry cat's gift(A dead mouse) to Angela.(Angela is Angry cat's girl friend) The cat on the left is the Crazy cat. The cat on the right is the Angry cat. So the Angry cat hit the The cat on the right is the Crazy cat. The cat up is Angela.
