When Florina was young, she got shoved in a burrow by her parents, who could forsee what would happen. When a rock covered the burrow a green leaf fell in, and Florina kept this as a token of her parents. The burrow was (thank goodness) full of small creatures that Florina could eat. So, eventually, Florina's food ran out, so she moved the rock and climbed out. Her leaf was dry by then, and she figured "I'll use dry leaves as camo," So ya, that's her history and why she's covered in dead leaves.
