I think your oc has many opportunities , but you need to clean up the line art ! it is important to have reason behind line thinness and thickness , and right now the hands and right side of head look a little messy . i would rate an 8 / 10 if you made their lines more consistent . overall , it is still above average , and it looks unique ! 6 .5 is not a bad score , so do not feel sour . keep up the good work !
