the FPS EDIT is how different the FPS is from 30. If it's 30 the FPS EDIT would be 1 meaning no change. However if it's for example 20 the FPS EDIT would be higher so it would go to the same frame everytime. This also means that if the FPS is higher than 30 the FPS EDIT would be smaller than 1. Keeping it on the same frame.
