Because the character's aren't radically different, a lot of the strategy comes from switching your characters, as it heals you and gives you more flexibility. Each team has it's own base. Bases will take 2 damage each time the opponent touches it. However, the area around the base heals the base's owner, giving you defensive opportunity.
