this is hard to rate , but i will give you my insights . my favorite part of this character is the very fun and silly face / eyes . and it is also what makes it most unique . I would focus on that silliness and apply it to the other design parts of your character . challenge yourself and add other parts / features . limbs , shoes , or fun gadgets . otherwise , it will be hard to make a character stand out since many people apply a similar body style . I do like it though , the face puts smile on my face . I hope to see you apply more of that creative charm to the rest of the design .
