I have worked hard on this! also I added a mouse-trail for a glittery effect (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ thanks to @FairyBrianna for hosting this contest. I had taken reference 1 and then did it in my style. I know this is a bit anime-ish. (cuz that's how i do it. sorry for any flaws!) please note this is done in SVE ( scratch vector editor ) only. the dark colours on the sides give a shadow effect. I made the eyes more bigger and slender. the cardigan was made mint green and the shirt is pastel pink :D.
