[Chapter 9] The shadowy figure looks down, and Koda looks up. “I am Lord Shiba Inu, and I see you must be Koda.” The figure barks. Koda nods, speechless. “take it you were the one to spot the human, and had the idea to save your friend from the human, no?” Lord Shiba Inu asks. Koda shakes his head to escape from being shocked. “Y-yes…” Koda says. Lord Shiba Inu continues looking down at Koda. “Have you seen any more signs that there may be more humans?” Lord Shiba Inu asks, sounding a bit worried. Koda thinks about how there were some items a big male human would not use, but he heard about how younger humans would use them. Koda nods. “Yes sir, there are signs there might be more humans there. And I’m ninety percent sure there are more humans.” Lord Shiba Inu looks up, at a picture of a young girl, who had brown hair like a bold bear’s fur, and greenish bluish eyes like the night sky, with a red plush pirate fox, and next to her, Lord Shiba Inu a long, long time ago.
