When she was 11 years old, her and her family managed to cross the border. After living in South Korea for a few months, their family decided to move to England to avoid the discrimination they faced in the South for being defectors. Raven's family were all both American and British citizens, as her father was half-American, half-English. Raven learned English and eventually went to school. She became fast friends with Cherii and Sushi. Later in the school year, while working on a project in pairs, she realised she had a crush on the person she was working with; Cya. Cya later reciprocated those feelings, and they became a couple.
