Space to enter/exit buildings when touching doorknobs, arrows to move, some types of objects slow you. M for map. S to sleep on a bed. B to enter/exit boat. Boats get glitchy if you enter them inside a building, would not recommend it. If you touch the hedge part of the hedge maze, you're forced back to the start.
