A rotating DTA is a ‘draw to adopt’ that has new characters when the creator desires to add more. The designs keep changing, and it will say on the project is they are adopted or open. Rules: (Violation=automatic disqualification) No stolen art No bases Abide by scratch rules (Obviously) Be kind you can enter for as many as you want!! How to enter: step 1: REMIX THiS project. if you put it in the comments, I will ignore it. :( 2. :) DRAW. make a drawing for who you want to adopt. 3: DESC. in the desc, write what creature you are entering for, and any backstory for a character and/or other details (Backstory optional) 4: SHARE your project so that everyone can see it! DONT USE CHARACTER IF YOU HAVE NOT WON IT YET!!
