Hi! This project, for some weird reason, doesn't make answer boxes show up - so you will have to click see inside and play in fullscreen. This is a CYOA (choose your own adventure). It will (hopefully) be part of a series called Torbernite Nightmares.
This section will explain some of the things that aren't explained in-game. Testing Your Luck: Testing Your Luck is a procedure that occurs a lot in game books - but this way is a bit different. In this case, you pick a number from 1 to 10. Which number you pick depends on your outcome. If you are Lucky, good things will happen. If you are Unlucky, you will be penalised. Special words: This one is less complicated, but here is an example. The sorcerer you have befriended is one you can trust very well. He grants you a magical power, and soon you are invisible! From now on, if anybody recognises you, and you haven't already found something that can help you, instead of using a) or b), or testing your luck, use the word 'Sightless', and a different entry will appear. In short, a certain event will grant you an ability, in which you need to remember the word and use it to get out of danger or help you in your quest. In fact, at some stage, you need one of these to complete the quest! Non-choosable outcomes: If the game doesn't give you an option of a), b), or c), then you need to put Continue... unless, of course, your adventure happens to be over.
