-You need to download Ibis Paint X or the paid version- First Scan the code into Ibis Paint X and then to use, make a new layer, Set blending mode to "Add" and go to the stabilizer (The little icon next to the square in the top right corner) and turn on force fade, put the length of start and end to 100. The shape of fade should be the first option and the method should be "After". Turn off drawing tool. Lastly, Set your base color to a lighter version of the base color. If you are using white, Change the base color to a light grey so the shines will be white.
