How i made it ;-; - Go to Photopea.com (Free online) - Make a new Layer (For the hair) - Go to the main picture and put the opacity to 50% - Go to Hair Layer and start Tracing the hair -use eyedropper tool and click on the hair (On the main picture) -use magic wand and select the trace - Make a Darker Color and blend it in the bottom hair or middle - Make Hair Shadows by using the eyedropper then go to the colors and make it darker - Make Highlights just use white than put white lines on 1 side of the hair either left or right i reccomend left if their looking left i reccommend right if their looking right i reccomend both if their looking at you - Make a new layer for the Clothes - make a new layer - Trace the outter line clothes - use magic wand - Add Wrinkles or anything thats logical - just use the eye dropper then click on the clothes color then make the color darker then put that under wrinkles and under the arms - Make a new layer for the face - Trace - Trace eyes and mouth - Paint bucket the eyes (The eyes were already edited on google so i didnt do it) - Add sparkles - Add shadow under the eye - Color mouth with light red and make a corner dark red - make any shadows from the hair - make a new layer - Trace acessories - Then Shadow them depending on which direction their faceing -ALSO BE SURE BEFORE YOU USE PAINT BUCKET THAT YOU USE THE MAGIC WAND AND SELECT THE TRACED SECTION MAKE SURE THERES NO HOLES Btw i forgot some steps :d I learned this from Yt and its so easy to follow-
