⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Sibyllinepaw⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ ⇢ Name Sibyllinepaw {Austere/Arcane/Opaque/Allure (Alternate prefixes)} ⇢ Gender Cis female, she/her ⇢ Sexuality Tentatively straight ⇢ Age 9 moons ⇢ Role Apprentice ⇢ Personality Brisk and stern, this punctual molly is sure to get things done on time. When without responsibility, she may appear a bit more lenient, but given responsibility, she won’t take a single step off the track. Her love of praise and hardworking nature brings her to always want more, ready to rise the ranks as far as she can go. The only problem? Her loyalty. Though her qualities may at first give her a loyal demeanor, she’s ready to switch her allegiance- whether that be clan, or some other form of alliance- at a moment’s notice, if she sees it fit. This, however, is not easily seen. She’s perfectly fine with lying from time to time, and keeps herself concealed behind a fog of it. She will allow chosen parts of her personality to be seen, but will twist the rest to make her seem like an entirely new cat. Only those who knew her before she discovered the power of lies would have the power to sift through her them- for this clever, cunning molly is always ready with one. ⇢ Backstory (Narration) Sibyllinepaw, originally known as simply Sibylline, was born oldest of a litter of three. The youngest of her siblings- a small, dark-furred molly with notably wide, pale blue eyes- was a rather cheerful kit. It was her optimism kept her family going through difficult times. This creative molly could often be found off on an envisioned adventure, her imagination boundless. She was known as Euphoria. Next comes a tom with a rather large structure with a surprisingly small muzzle, and a particularly long tail. He was known to startle his siblings with this tail of his, gently tapping them when they least expect it. His laughter rang clear until his eventual death. This speckled, grey tom was known as Jocular. Their mother, Scintillate, was a rather optimistic molly. However, she did not share her daughter, Euphoria’s kitlike dreams. While Euphoria’s optimism was more fictional that true, Scintillate’s took on a rather supportive route. At every failure, she cheered her kits on, promising success to come. However, she sometimes went a little too far with this. Never would she admit what her kits had done wrong, or therefore help them fix it. Luckily, the kits had their father, Arachnid for that. Arachnid was a stern, pessimistic tom. Though just as loving as his mate, he expressed this far more discreetly. He believed that, in order for his kits to find victory, they must first know what they were doing wrong. The tom pointed out every little mistake in their actions, scolding them at every stumble. If their mistake became repetitive, he’d comment that they’d never succeed. When victory arrived, he did not gift it true recognition. He merely nodded in acknowledgement before branching off to a new topic. Without their mother’s supportive comments, the kits would’ve been too ⠀⎯⎯⎯⎯ [ Continued in Notes and Credits ] ⎯⎯⎯⎯

Under the balanced actions of their parents, they were a perfect family. It was once the kits reached seven moons of age that things went downhill. Only two months after Autumn’s beginning, a blizzard tumbled through the land, starving those who lived in it. They were caught unprepared, ultimately unable to resist the wraith of the storm. The runt of the litter, Euphoria died first, her joy passing with her. Jocular soon followed, his laughter fading with his life. Last came Scintillate, her dying words carrying that same, everlasting comfort. Only Sibylline and Arachnid remained. Desperate and afraid, Arachnid gave in. He took them to the twolegplace, knowing that only they would be able to help his daughter. That was all Sibylline saw. That fear, that desperate look in his face. But beneath the surface, there was more. Many moons before, when Arachnid was just a young tom, he was a kittypet named Arlo. His twolegs, unlike several others in the neighborhood, refused to let him outside. So instead, he was forced to stare out a window merely watching others wander the streets. As we know, he did not remain a kittypet forever. By the time he was ten moons old, he had escaped. He did this through the careless actions of a few guests at his twolegs’ party. These guests had wrongly assumed that the party was inside, so they entered through the front door. After a glance through the back window and acknowledgment of the empty rooms, they realized that the party was outside. Unintentionally leaving the front door open, they made their way out. Nobody was left inside to watch Arlo’s escape. It was perfect, he decided, as he dashed out the front door. He was caught unprepared by the harshness of the wild. He hadn’t a clue how to hunt, and ended up starving out in the forest. It was during a feeble attempt at hunting that he was saved. Scintillate had found him out in the trees, and had noticed his poor skills. She offered to lend him a new home with her family, to which he gratefully agreed. He would live with Scintillate, her parents, and her brother Chronicle for many moons. Five moons after his joining, he and Scintillate had mated. Another three, and the kits were born. Sibylline’s story is similar, in a way. After she had settled down with her new twolegs, after her hunger had settled, she grew an urge to return to the wild. She hated the feeling of being trapped, of being confined to the same four wall. So, of course, she escaped. It was rather easy, really. Her twoleg had brought her outside intentionally, just to give the molly a feel of her new home. They had foolishly assumed that she would stick around, simply wandering around the twolegs’ legs. But the moment Sibylline was set down, she bolted. She didn’t know where she was going, nor where she’d end up. She just wanted to get away from here. After wandering the town for a rather long stretch of time, young Sibylline found a forest; FableClan’s land. Like her father, she soon regretted her decision to escape. Alone and hungry, this new life was nothing like the one she had left behind with her family. Thankfully, she soon found FableClan, and was given a place to stay. She longed for her old life with her family, but was grateful to at least have a chance in her new clan. ⇢ Backstory (Timeline) May 13th, 2021: Arlo’s born July 22th, 2021: Arlo escapes twoleg den and meets Scintillate’s family July 28th, 2021: Arlo is renamed Arachnid August 26th, 2021: Scintillate and Arachnid become mates September 16th, 2021: Sibylline, Jocular, and Euphoria are born.
