The spray meta in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1 is not good because it makes leveling up harder and I know that a lot of you may agree with me. Here's how Fortnite should fix this problem in the form of a would you rather. Put down what you chose in the comments (E.x: 1,4) Would you Rather 1: Decrease the damage the Stinger SMG does (It does 20 damage body shot) Or 2: Decrease how much damage the Stinger SMG does to builds *1 Would you Rather 3: Decrease the fire rate of the MK-7 Assault Rifle (It has the same fire rate and damage of that of a Combat Assault Rifle but much less recoil) Or 4: Decrease the damage of the MK-7 Assault Rifle *2
*1 It's buffed because its got a bigger magazine and a slower fire rate, meaning a longer barrage with it from one magazine. To explain that, while the Rapid Fire SMG can go 8 meters before having to reload, the Stinger SMG can go a full 10 meters before having to reload which means if you had a full inventory of Rapid Fires vs a full inventory of Stingers, the Stinger SMG would go 18 meters (No I didn't multiply I actually tested it out so no saying I did my calculations wrong) farther than the Rapid Fire. To summarize, the Stinger SMG is better than the Rapid Fire *2 While both rifles are similar stat wise, the Combat Rifle is balanced out by giving it higher recoil. In other words, if you were able to master it, you would be rewarded. The MK-7 Assault rifle on the other hand is unbalanced, having a scope, good damage, high fire rate. I think it would be great to keep it full automatic, but it would need to do less damage.
