There are all sorts of distractions during this very special holiday such as presents, toys, and Santa Clause. Many people are excited of what gifts they are getting for Christmas and are making an effort to be nicer, more loving, and peaceful with each other without acknowledging the truth. The truth is that Christmas is when Jesus Christ or our saviour, came down to save us from our sins. For the purpose of the true meaning of Christmas, we should try to make an effort to acknowledge the truth of Jesus's birth. No offense to those who are distracted or who don't celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. Also, I admit that I have this struggle too of not acknowledging the true meaning of Christmas enough and I do get distracted by many of these distractions too as well sometimes.
