Merry Christmas y'all. Sorry for the low-quality art and inactivity, I sort of lost the thrill for this holiday along with every other one. It's a social thing. By the way, the next thing is going to be sad, just a warning. Anyway, Christmas this year is a bit tough because I lost my rabbit, Twyla, a few months ago. She was suffering from arthritis (inflammation and stiffness in the joints, usually happens in older folk) and it made her lose her ability to walk. It was hard to see. After a few months of giving her medication, my parents talked about getting her put down unless the vet has something else. From what I've heard, when my dad took her to the vet, the doctor said that she lost a lot of weight along with other medical stuff and that it was best to put her down. I should mention that arthritis is very painful and Twyla was suffering, so I'm glad that she's no longer suffering, but I'm still sad that she's gone. At least I got a chance to pet her before she left. By the way, about two months before her death, we found a domestic dwarf bunny in our front yard. According to our neighbors, someone who owns a lot of rabbits moved away and abandoned her here a while ago. So we're keeping her and named her Dutch. Twyla had lived a long life (about 12 years, I think), and I have a strong feeling that she's pain-free, hopping around, in the lush grass of the afterlife with her husband (Bunbun, who is another rabbit that I used to have who was close to her, I'm thinking of doing a project where I draw my rabbits and talk about them) and her past friend (Charlie Chocolate). I should also mention that she was born on Christmas, so that's tough. Keep your loved ones close. God bless us all. Have a good day. Merry Christmas.
