EXCUSE ME!? “ The Coyote chuckled and smiled at her. “As you know…..you are to be the queen of Riverian….therefore this crown…will belong to you…” “I thought you were joking! ME!? A QUEEN!? “ Lightning yelped. “ Yes you……. Remember the story that I told you about King Neptune…? Before he died in battle…..he used the last of his strength to make a prophecy…..YOU are the answer to the prophecy…….you are the queen that is supposed to pick our kingdom back on its feet…” Lightning stood there, shocked then looked back at the crown, hesitantly placing her hand on the case. The Tiara inside started to react to the close contact of the hedgehog’s hand, the topaz crystal started to release a soft golden glow. The female hedgehog’s eyes widened a bit “W-what……” Coran showed her a warm smile. “ And that proves it……..the Crowns will react to who the true rulers are……and that right there….is that said reaction” Lightning sighed and looked up at him. “ ….okay……well…..guess I have to get used to it………” “That’s the spirit……the ceremony will be held soon……of course you have only arrived a day or so ago….so we need to prepare… get your dress tailored- the crown polished- the decor hung- all that ….” Lightning only sighed again. “Okay….well…..it that all…? I’d like to spend some time with my friends and my brother….after all the drama…….I miss just being able to…..be with them……” “Of course ,your Majesty…..until the ceremony….you can have plenty of time to spend with them…..and explore your Kingdom…” Coran smiled at her. “Thanks, Coran… “ “Allow me to show you the way out “ Meanwhile everyone was sitting quite impatiently. Ace was sitting down in one of the chairs, tapping his foot with his arms crossed while Shadow glared at him from the other side of the room. Blaze leaned into bit closer to Silver and whispered. “I can sense….. a great deal of tension between these two….” Silver whispered back in a somewhat nervous tone. “Yeahhhhhhh same here, Blaze…” Ace growled and stood up. “I’m sick of waiting….” “Weeeelllll we all are- but you don’t see us losing it….? “ Shadow replied with irritation in his tone. “ LoSiNg iT??? Heh… not unless you want to… “ Shadow let out a huff and even a slight sigh of relief hidden under it, and even Ace seemed to shift in position a bit, almost seeming antsy to the reply. Silver chuckled in an amused way. “I only know as Lightning as the one who would run from the idea of dAtInG…. I don’t think I could even imagine the idea of her MarRiEd…. “ the silver hedgehog snickered with a smile, his brother on the other hand only seemed to get more and more tense the more this subject was brought up. Lightning wheezed while pushing back the pink color that tried to sneak through her eyes and laughed a bit. “Ahhhaaaahh….yeAh nO ThAnK yOu….
