For example the cups would make great platforms and the fountain occasionally coming by to tip em over would be pretty cool. The salt and pepper might only show up at the miniboss but maybe possibly they could pop up sometimes as stationary enemies? Also I could've very easily have just attached the spikes to the cup and used color sensing instead of making them two separate sprites but I guess its to late for that lol. However having all the spikes in the game in one sprite would be pretty cool but I'm not sure it'd be worth all of that extra work. NOTES -I've actually had this idea for a while now and before I was even on the GodFall team, I was just nervous it would get rejected because I wasn't not on the team at the time (About a month or two ago), but since I'm now on the team I made this with all of my effort and creativity and it payed off with my first (And awesome) AI! :D -I need somebody to either make a Japanese chef sprite of the Octopus or a English Chef version with a mustache and a chef hat (I drew a chef hat in the costumes of the octopus) -This might be a little buggy but it should work just fine -This is 100% possible and I can do it without taking damage (I did this with the original you can only take three hits and the Mini Boss with 100 Health) -It takes a hundred hits to defeat the boss, let me know if I should reduce it or make it even higher please (This was changed to 35 Hits per request of @MegaKidAxl) -Released at 1:32 on December 31st 2021 -I thought I had something else but I guess I forgot... -Enjoy! UPDATES -Changed the original 100 hits to 35 hits -Changed the amount of hits you can take to 7 from 3 and made the Mini Boss Health to 50, I also made it so every two bobs up and down the MiniBoss shoots instead of every cycle, and I gave you more reaction time :)
My first AI!!! My final project of 2021... its actually kinda sad if you think about it :( This is also my 50th project ever!!! :D I spent maybe like 8 to 10 hours on it and to be honest it was really fun (Besides the dumb salt it took me three hours of non stop debugging to get it right) AI DISSECTION (Only read if you've played it) Difficulty: Tricky, might take two to three lives OctoChef: Goes up and down and fires a single bullet at you, his weakness if his gem on his forehead. Fountain: Appears at the far right of the screen and chooses one of the three cup platforms to flood tipping them over for a short period Pepperer: Appears at the far right of the screen after one of the cups is flooded and chooses one of the two available cup platforms to bombard with Pepper Salter: Appears at the far right of the screen after one of the cups is flooded and chooses one of the two available cup platforms to sink for a short period CREDITS Credits to for this awesome engine, please go check him out and follow him!
