This is what happens when you don't wash your hair after going to the pool Anyway weird comparisons aside I think I like how this ended up! The horn on their head is supposed to be part of the usual Vaporeon head fins but other than that I didn't add that may portions of Vaporeon's design. If it's okay with you, I also added some darker blue around the yellow to make things pop a bit more.
