He had always been into astrology and marine life (hence the name Neptune). He doesn't remember much of his past, from what he does it was quite normal. He set off to pursue his dream of wandering around and studying stars and the ocean, thus has been nicknamed "Wandering Star Watcher". He adores the two star markings near his right ear, and uses the whale tag to hopefully draw more attention to them. He lives a quite peaceful life. (If I win a running gag is he is gonna be obsessed with writing little notes everywhere) He believes every little marking scaling his body is special and means something, just like how constellations all have different meanings. Neptune's personality is more of a quite but curious kitty, he likes things simple and hates clutter. Neptune can be mischievous also.
