Full guide (it's not that long trust me): GETTING FISH: Put your mouse pointer in the water, and there is a 5% chance to get a fish every frame. SELLING FISH: Click the button that says "Sell Fish", and every fish will sell 2 to 6 dollars. BUYING BOOSTS: Click the button that says "Buy Boosts" to buy a boost. The only option is FISH RATE X3, which triples the chance you can get a fish. If you have $200, click the button that says Confirm. If you accidentally clicked on the button, just press Cancel.
