>>> as Christians, we need to represent ourselves modestly, and humbly so we can represent our God and Lord correctly. Let’s jump in! >>> a special note to my ladies — women’s clothing nowadays…it’s really hard. It’s not: how much skin can I show? How much makeup can I wear? How small can I make my waist? With fashion now the world wants us to dress inappropriately. The next time you go choose out clothes, ask yourself: “Am I glorifying God by wearing this?” >>> to the men — I don't know a huge amount about men's clothing, but now lots of people are cross-dressing and especially for men, I've noticed, they've made men's clothing very feminine. God intended us to be men and women, not something in the middle. >>> 1 Timothy 2:9-10 — “Likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, but with what is proper for women who profess godliness—with good works.” >>> our bodies are supposed to be a temple to worship God with. When people see us as we profess that we are Christians, the way we dress is important. It reflects on our God. >>> 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 — “ Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price…God created our physical bodies, therefore making it good and precious from the start.”
