3rd mod im making mainly by myself. SereBeat made the reanimated bf assets (yes im using his bf reanimated for vs logan and lfb. fight me) while i'm doing almost everything else by hand (something from sonic exe 2 may be added if i get approval so credits to the entire sonic exe 2 team). Space to go through the assets and yes, phase 2's design is blurry on purpose lol.
The mod is at a playable state with offset issues, unfinished charts, and rough designs. All the songs are done and it's only missing a few things. Last screenshot is with an outdated phase 3 design and the potentially added filter.
