I'm no longer accepting late entries. It's been a week since this closed. This afternoon Teppic and I judged the contest, and we've agreed on some winners, and the results have been shared. If you haven't finished yours and thus missed the window, I'm sorry, I can't wait forever and you've had several months to finish this, so quite frankly it is not my problem anymore. I need prizegivers! Please offer to help out if at all interested. You can do it on top of entering! A note: To name no names, I've been getting a couple of the more low-effort entries. If you know you're going to lose, unless you really want to, I'd prefer if you didn't enter. I'd rather agonise between 4 great entries than 100+ awful ones. Just so you know! That said, I don't necessarily hate ANY of the entries I've already got. Just so you know: You only have to make your picture fit one theme. SPEECH OF GRATITUDE: Like to point out that this contest could not have gone ahead without Angua. She asked me to host it, did all the advertising (quite cheekily in some cases, I understand), vetoed my idea of making up OCs just so I could do a DMC (the themes I have here are way better), is doing art prizes, and on top of that submitted the first entry, which was the sole reason she didn't join the judging team. She did an amazing job of helping out, especially with the advertising which I suck at. I never can find good places to do it. I'm delighted that three out of the four people who noticed this, the fourth of course being Angua, were from outside of my immediate friend group thanks to this advertising. In the last contest I hosted, everyone who joined knew me quite well, in some cases in real life as well as on Scratch. Much as I like friends joining, there need to be wider groups of people to make it fun. So thanks Angua. Not necessarily giving you first place just because of all your help, but I'll find some way to repay you.
I'm looking out for people to take Magrat's and Ptraci's places. Currently I plan to ask Angua but on her two alts. Angua's art seems to be improving daily, so it's a reasonable assumption that the art prizes she gives out will be much better than the ones I showed here. I need seven more prizegivers.
