*deep breaths* Good afternoon everyone! Today I have a little speech I wanted to share with you. As 2021 has passed by, we all have grown both on the outside and in. We've turned different ages, and had different experiences celebrating those because of Covid-19. But nothing, not even Covid, can stop us from one thing: Looking out for each other. New Years is my favorite holiday because it's well, a new year! New choices, new opportunities, new friends, new everything. It's like a fresh start. So as we enter 2022, I wanted to let you know that it's never too late to change! Some of you have been through some really hard times and haven't made the best decisions, but that doesn't mean you have to stay like that! Everyone makes mistakes. And everyone deserves the right to have a second chance. Covid may be annoying and frustrating. But remember that this is all part of God's plan and that even though things are rough now, before you know it things will be better then you could ever imagine. And if you had a bad year, don't mope around on New Years day because you think you're going to have another bad year ahead of you. Because it will get better. I promise. Instead, celebrate the New Year ahead of us! And not just you will change. At least one other person you know will change. And that will make a big difference. So tomorrow on New Years Eve, when you make your resolutions, make one to change. And to have a better year. And it will happen. I guarantee you. Have a great rest of the year, and Happy New Year!
