When you are remixing, you need to increase the number by 1. The rules are as follows: 1: No evolving twice. 2: You may self remix if the last remix was a day past your remix, if it is the most recent. Self remixing outside of this situation is strictly forbidden. 3: No removing the number package. 4: No ruining this NE. (I mean, something... happened.
