The person who wants to take a chance on said mystery adopt will participate in whichever type of event the adopt is in normally. After the event is over, the design will be revealed and given to the winner. How raffles work: A raffle is an event in which someone does and action to receive a set number of tickets. Each ticket counts as a percent of a chance its owner has of winning the raffle.
