It was ruled by the good king and queen. The rulers soon had a baby girl, who was soon adored by all the kingdom. Everyone loved her, but not as much as a little stable boy, who had a big crush on the princess. The princess (Opal) soon fell for him too, and soon erupted a beautiful romance. The king and queen, however, did not like Opal with the stable boy. He was meek, merciful and poor, all horrible qualities for a future ruler. So, expressing tough love, went to the kingdom’s sorcerer. The sorcerer concocted a potion to transform the Opal. When Opal drank the liquid, she began to change. Her fingers into claws, two extra pairs of eyes, and spider legs coming out of her shoulders. She became a monster, incapable of being loved be anyone in the kingdom. She than ran away to a cave, where she is pained by her loss.
