(EDIT: THANKS FOR 130+ views!!!) Bro this is blowing up all the sudden- Also, I need help on a decision, should I make the main character of my comic series ace I would love it if u could check it out, here’s the link https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/621489447/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AHHHH SORRY GUYS I HAVENT POSTED IN A LONG TIME. IM BUSY STRESSING OVER SCHOOL. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ So, I'm 13, and i think im asexual and heteroromantic. or for y'all less formal people, ace and straight. HAH. u thought i was donE???? so, i've been questioning for a while now and come to the conclusion that, while 13 might be a bit young, thats my sexuality at this age. I feel no attraction the concept of s3x, or the idea of having it at any point in my life, and i've never had a crush on anybody purely because they looked "s3xy". i take time to know people for their personality before i develop a crush on them, and even then, i dont want to get "touchy" with them at all, and appearances dont matter that much to me. SO YEA. LETSGOACES. see notes and credits for my opinion on LGBTQ+ and homophobia and "heterophobia"
NOW FOR THE RANT: IM TIRED OF PEOPLE HATING ON LGBTQ+, AND IM TIRED OF QUITE A LOT OF LGBTQ+ people responding back with hate to cishet people. Im not saying all straight people are homophobes, i've met a LOT of straight allies, i also consider myself one, and they're great. Im also not saying all the LGBTQ+ people hate cishet people. some are just fine with straight people. since im straight and ace, i see both sides pretty well, and my conclusion is, PEOPLE. STOP HATING EACH OTHER. if ur straight, THATS GREAT. if ur gay, THATS A-OK IF UR ANYWHERE IN BETWEEN, GOOD FOR U. EVERYBODY IS VALID. straight people should not automatically be classified as homophobes. they didnt choose their sexuality any more than LGBTQ+ folks chose theirs. and LGBTQ+ folks shouldnt be hated for their sexuality or gender identity, its who they are, they didnt choose. also, homophobia/queerphobia is real, and its also pretty stupid. i was once mildy homophobic but after learning more, i realized it was not right to judge people by who they love or what pronouns they use. Heterophobia, however, is NOT a serious issue like homophobia is. i get how some cishet people can feel oppressed, and sadly, i've seen some LGBTQ+ people deny being somebody's friend purely because they are straight, which is super wrong. Some of my queer friends think I’m super weird and prefer not to talk to me because they know me as the straight girl. It’s hurtful sometimes. people are also hating how some people think the "A" in LGBTQIA+ stands for "ally" technically, its for aces and aros. but allies can still have a place as a supporter and should not be excluded if they dont want to be. dont make the community a toxic place for supporters who want to hang out. HOMOPHOBIA IS WRONG BUT DONT COMPLETELY JUDGE A PERSON JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE HOMOPHOBIC. THEY MIGHT JUST BE RAISED THAT WAY BY THEY'RE PARENTS BUT MIGHT BE SUPPORTIVE IF U INTRODUCE THEM TO THE COMMUNITY. AND DONT HATE ON STRAIGHTS JUST CAUSE THEY'RE STRAIGHT, MORE HATE DOESNT MAKE IT BETTER. IM TIRED OF BEING SCORNED BY MY QUEER FRIENDS FOR BEING HETEROROMANTIC, LETS ALL WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE THE HATE STOP Wow. I rlly needed to rant hehe ok. done. well thx for reading, and cyaaaaaa
