Or well, to be more specific, quitting this website once again. I won't delete my account, I'll just be more inactive here. After the long awaited Makai vs. Mekei, it was time I decided to depart to avoid spending too much time on creating stuff in Scratch. Scratch on its own is supposed to be targeted for children, and while I don't normally care about the community, I feel like it's time for me to move on as a 16 years old fella. When I first joined Scratch in 2017, this was back when I'm 12 years old. I didn't really care much about it, but the amount of stuff that was created here when I got to searching got me thinking. "Remix to do something? OCs? FIGHT REMIXES? How am I so late into this?" I first started remixing my OC, Makai, to projects where they can turn them into something, probably for amusing results. And well, turns out I didn't want to use my main account mainly because I thought it would be TOO "cringe" to do so. Yeah. So the account, @Alt_Makai is created. After few months of being on Scratch, I thought to myself: "I don't think being on Scratch is worth it, but how about I'll try making some friends here?" Well, sorta. Some of them feel controversial. But after a while I left without announcing. Around early 2019, I joined back in and started making genuine projects, sometimes remixing Mega Man projects. MORE remixing, MORE fight projects since they still persist. But on December 5th? In the background, Mekei was created in 2018 for M.U.G.E.N. He was an April Fools of Makai, which was also created. But the question still remains. "What if Makai fought Mekei?" So I decided to make an animation based on that. Development went on for 2 years. With various references like Unknown Aura and the project all about makais to keep up to date with the animation. I was honestly so aware that I'm making this for barely anyone. While in the development, I decided to do even MORE fight remixes and projects, but these get old fast. Various characters including Mekei were simply involved, but said situation in remixes wasn't really canon. This animation however was simply a test. To test what I've learned so far, and to implement all of it as however my capabilities wanted. It didn't matter if it wasn't popular. I'm glad with how much effort it took. And since it's released... well you know where this is going. With the sign of unshared projects (alongside the fact that there's no projects anymore in alt), it had to happen. After leaving Scratch, I will definitely draw and redesign my OCs, try and learn music theory, and more importantly animate. Perhaps, even follow my game dream while dealing with real life stuff like exercising. If I got anything to say special about Scratch, it's that it allows you to freely use your characters to interact with others even if it takes days. If you want to follow me, you can check me out like Twitter or such. For now, bye.
