Part One Sleeping here, on a stranger's couch, was weird enough for Sunny. Saxe looked at Sunny, who was asleep. He removed his gloves from his hands and slapped them on the table. He then ran out of the hole they came in when Sunny fell into his world. He came to a field near a moonbloom tree along with a body of water. Saxe stood in front, and the water bubbled and leaped in his presence. His eyes turned a black to purple as the water bubbled ferociously. He sighed calmly and began to train. He had only figured out his powers a few days before Sunny came here, so he was still understanding them. He unbuttoned his white shirt and let it slip down his back on to the cool grass. He then lifted his hands up, the water coping his movements. He clenched his fists, the water bursting at the top and formed into ice shards. 'Now no one can hurt me. Or Sunny.'
Part Two Sunny blinked her eyes open and lifted her body up. "Saxe?" She looked around for a moment to see a clay cup of mint tea on the table and a note with scraggly writing. Sunny got up slowly but winced at the pain of her leg. "Ow." She managed to get to the counter, pick up the note, and read it. 'For your leg. Feel better. - Saxe' Sunny took the cup and slowly drank the tea. Once finished, she placed the cup on the table and went out to look for Saxe. The night was so peaceful here. "Saxe!" she yelled throughout the woods. Something snapped behind her in the bushes. "Saxe? Is that you?" She walked closer to the bush. But before she could clear the leafy twigs in the way, a snake leaped out and wrapped her legs together as another snake slithered up to her arms and wrapped her hands together. She hit the ground, dust flying around her on impact. "Huh!?" Sunny was so stunned she couldn't see the figure slowly approaching her. She was a cat, just like Sunny, but with pointed ears instead of flopped. The cat was wearing lace finger less gloves, ripped jean shorts and a short black tank top, exposing her stomach and half of her upper body. Her dark purple eyes glittered with satisfaction. "So...your the one who's been keeping Saxe running ragged. The cat bent down to the ground near Sunny's face. "Huh... I assumed you'd be way childish than this." Sunny gawked at the villain. "I'm not childish!" Sunny tried to wiggle out of the grip of the snakes. The villain looked boringly and stood up. "Don't bother. These are iron snakes. Different then those others Saxe ended up slashing." She added with a grumble. "Wait! You know Saxe?" Sunny asked, astonished. The cat smirked. "Why, of course. Me and Saxe are friends. We were for a long time. And... oh!" The dark blue and black cat laughed. "Just look at me! Rambling on! Ha! Anyways, i kinda have to take you to my lair, so come on!" The snakes on Sunny's body slithered to follow their master. They were soon in a part of the woods Sunny had never seen before. They then reached an old door in the ground. Before she knew it, Sunny was thrown in the cellar and hit the concrete. Sunny ached to get up, but couldn't. "Ahh..." The cat landed perfectly with a soft thump. Sunny looked over her shoulder in horror to see the cat, Ebony, staring at her with evil in her eyes. "Cool." The cat said, smiling. "Guess I can finish you off now." Ebony produced a black magic ball from her hands and the ball floated above Sunny, got bigger, and slammed into Sunny's spot were she was. Ebony smiled evilly as she saw nothing but the dust. She was then shocked when her magic was still there, still intact. "What?! How?!" Sunny opened her eyes cautiously to see Saxe, bare-chested, in front of the magic and holding it back. He looked at her with brave green eyes. "Are you alright?" Saxe had his arms shaking, but resisted to erase his stance. Sunny nodded to him then Saxe turned to face the magic. Saxe moved his hand to his side, blue water and magic merging. His eyes narrowed, the pupil turning to a slit. He could feel the water magic growing in his hand, glowing blue and had droplets of water surrounding it, going faster. His forearms where now glowing with bands of blue magic appearing like lightning strikes. His hair was now spiky with electric blue tips. His sides were covered in blue lighting bolt tattoos, as where his cheeks. Saxe then gripped his hand closed, punched the black magic with his empowered fist, which made a blast of black and blue magic. Ebony was blown off her feet and to the cold floor. "Ugh.." She got up angrily, thinking she had ended the two. When the dust cleared, Ebony had her jaw open wide in awe. Saxe had put up one of his glowing blue force fields around him and Sunny, his empowerment over. He then made an x- like shape with his arms, making the force field disappear. "Not fair!" Ebony growled, throwing balls of magic at them. "Sunny!" Saxe, with one swift movement, turned his back, clutched Sunny to his bare chest, his head resting on the top of her head, the growls of his throat vibrating her head gently. The magic hit his back, like a dagger. Saxe fell forward, having Sunny fall on the concrete and go unconscious. "Finally.." Ebony waked up to the limp bodies of Sunny and Saxe. "I can now have what's mine. Forever. "
